Please read these General Terms of Use (“General Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Accademia Italiana Chef Institute LTD services linked to the site (hereinafter referred to as “AICI Services”). Using AICI Services fully agree to these Terms of Use. We offer a wide range of Services and sometimes you may be subject to further terms and conditions. Presentation of products and services on the site or through mobile applications is an invitation to purchase.

If you want to buy one or more products, you can select them one at a time, adding them to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, you can close your cart and submit the order. To the extent permitted by law, AICI declines any responsibility if the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery other than Malta.

AICI will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods purchased due to stock shortage at the publisher or supplier.

We will not be liable for any non-substantial differences between the goods purchased and their illustrations and text descriptions published on our site. .

Except in case of gross negligence or guilt, we are solely liable for any direct and foreseeable damage upon the conclusion of the sales contract.
